3-Qt. Stainless Steel Saucepan
I already have the 2 Qt. saucepan and I'm very pleased with it. It's easy to clean and the handle doesn't get hot and is very sturdy. The handle came off my last 3 Qt. pot and could have caused a huge mess. No chance of that happening with this pot. And, big plus, Made in America.
Disappointed
There was an unfinished section on the inside that exposed the core metal. The company was very nice & helpful about making arrangements for me to return the pot for a replacement but it was received by them a week ago and I haven’t received a status update.
My go to Alfredo sauce pot
Great heat transfer and size for making mushroom Alfredo sause. Clean up is easy and no need to pamper a non stick pan. Love our SS set from American kitchen after returning our Chrapalon non stick. Thank you American Kitchen keep up the great work!
3 Qt. Saucepan
Excellent saucepan, high quality, easy to clean.
Exactly what I was looking for
I have been looking to slowly update some of my cookware from the super cheap stuff I bought in college, but carefully chosen based on exactly what I know I’ll use it for. I specifically wanted this 3 qt saucepan because of the narrower base and slightly taller sides, rather than the wider with shorter sides style I was seeing with other comparably-priced brands (this is a personal preference, of course, based on how I cook) This really was exactly what I needed. It’s very sturdy, distributes the heat well, and is great both for boiling a small batch of pasta and simmering sauces. The handle is a good length and at an angle that allows for smooth movement. Easy to clean up with soap and water. And made in Wisconsin, USA! I can’t imagine there would be any reason I will need to ever need to replace this (seems quite “buy it for life” to me) and I look forward to using it for years to come.
