The perfect meal doesn’t just fill you up, it brings everyone together. And this sauté pan is just the tool for the job. It’s the one you’ll reach for to sear salmon fillets or braise a pot roast again and again.

Superior Heat Conductivity: Two layers of professional-grade stainless steel is wrapped around a layer of super durable aluminum to make our tri-ply stainless steel. That means your pans will heat evenly and stay hot every time.

Oven-Safe: Our stainless steel pans are oven and broiler safe up to 500 degrees.

Cook Anywhere: Because our stainless steel pans are made of a magnetic stainless steel, you can use them on all cooking surfaces — electric, gas, induction and ceramic glass.

Performance Handles: Our stainless steel handles are built for performance. They stay cool when you’re cooking on the stove and are ergonomically designed for maximum comfort and efficiency.

Workhorse Durability: Our stainless steel cookware is ultra durable and stain resistant, so you can enjoy it with those you love for years to come.

Our cookware is made of three layers for exceptional (and consistent) results every single time. The inside is stainless steel for incredible durability. The outside layer is made of high-density 400-series stainless steel, which means you can use it on any surface (gas, induction, electric, ceramic glass — you name it). The 1050A aluminum core is commercial grade for ultimate performance.

How do I cook with my stainless steel cookware?
Always preheat your pans on low to medium heat before adding your ingredients. Although you can cook with oil if you want to, it’s not a necessity.

What utensils should I use on my American Kitchen Cookware?
Feel free to use your metal tools on our stainless steel pans — they won’t hurt them one bit.

How should I clean my stainless steel pans?
Allow cookware to cool to room temperature before cleaning. Rinse pan and wash in soapy water to remove stains or stuck-on food. For stubborn stains or discoloration, gently rub in a paste of water and a non-abrasive, non-chlorine stainless steel cleanser. FYI, it’s also dishwasher safe.

It’s thanks to three layers that work together to bring you quality cookware that performs: 400-series magnetic stainless steel and a 1050A aluminum core. So not only can you trust this cookware year after year, generation after generation, it’ll also give you the versatility to cook anywhere (gas, induction, electric, ceramic glass — you name it).

The Difference is in the Details

The handles of our American Kitchen cookware stay cool when you’re cooking on the stove and can also withstand the heat of the oven for ultimate ease and efficiency.

Great pan!

This has been a great addition to my kitchen. Our family of 5 includes 3 men with big appetites so I tend to make large meals. This pan allows me to double a recipe without worrying about spillover. It’s heavy duty without being cumbersome, cooks evenly, and cleans up nicely. I would definitely buy again.

American made

I bought for my wife and she LOVES it! I'd much rather buy American, but it's hard to find. The one thing I don't like are the rivets. Makes it hard to clean on the inside around the edge of the rivets.

Sauté Pan

It’s a gift that will be given this weekend. My only regret is that I should have bought a 16 inch pan. Not even sure if you make that size.

10-inch Stainless Steel Sauté Pan

I've been using these for 3 years now and they are as good as new. We use the frying pan every single day and the pots at least weekly. They get a lot of use but we take good care of them. We avoid using metal on these and only use soft sponges to hand wash. When junk gets stuck on them (oil stains, burnt food...) we use a little Bar Keepers Friend and they are as good as new. Beautiful Sauté Pan! I recommended these to a friend just this morning and though it'd be worth writing a review while I'm at it. Update: We’ve been using these for 6 years now?! Still beautiful and as good as new. I’m a mom and use them a lot to feed my 3 kids. We make eggs daily using this pan. Advice for cooking protein: heat oil/butter/water in the pan before adding the meat/eggs to prevent sticking. To clean any stuck on food, add water to pan and bring to a boil. Food will wipe right off with spatula. I also reviewed about Best Stainless Steel Pan, Read More at:
