We take pride in the high quality standards we have established for the products we offer through our website. All cookware is crafted and carefully inspected here at our factory in Wisconsin. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your products, you may return them in unused condition for a refund within fourteen (14) days from the shipping date. We offer refunds or replacements of unused merchandise less any associated shipping charges.
How to return an item
Items may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the shipping date with a copy of your original invoice. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and must include all pieces of the item (i.e. cover(s) and pan(s), etc.). If you do not have the original packaging or are returning only a portion of the order, please ensure that the items are well-packed to avoid damage during shipping.
To return an item:
- Please contact American Kitchen Customer Service via Contact Us form , PH: 1-800-474-4231 or Email: firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization number.
- You can use the original box you received your American Kitchen product in, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return. If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
- Attach your new return label to the shipping box. Please use a traceable carrier and retain the tracking number for your records. American Kitchen is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.
- Once your return is received it will be inspected after which a refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
How long will it take?
After we receive and process the return, you will receive a confirmation email with the amount of your credit. Your original payment method will be credited within approximately three (3) weeks.
How do I make a return that is covered under warranty?
If something needs to be returned under warranty, contact our Customer Service Team to submit the request and receive a Return Authorization number.
