Share your love of cooking with a crowd. And our 4-quart comes through every time. Pasta. Chili. Chocolate pudding (your grandpa’s favorite). This is the saucepan that makes it happen with ease.

Superior Heat Conductivity: Two layers of professional-grade stainless steel is wrapped around a layer of super durable aluminum to make our tri-ply stainless steel. That means your pans will heat evenly and stay hot every time.

Oven-Safe: Our stainless steel pans are oven and broiler safe up to 500 degrees.

Cook Anywhere: Because our stainless steel pans are made of a magnetic stainless steel, you can use them on all cooking surfaces — electric, gas, induction and ceramic glass.

Performance Handles: Our stainless steel handles are built for performance. They stay cool when you’re cooking on the stove and are ergonomically designed for maximum comfort and efficiency.

Workhorse Durability: Our stainless steel cookware is ultra durable and stain resistant, so you can enjoy it with those you love for years to come.

Our cookware is made of three layers for exceptional (and consistent) results every single time. The inside is stainless steel for incredible durability. The outside layer is made of high-density 400-series stainless steel, which means you can use it on any surface (gas, induction, electric, ceramic glass — you name it). The 1050A aluminum core is commercial grade for ultimate performance.

How do I cook with my stainless steel cookware?
Always preheat your pans on low to medium heat before adding your ingredients. Although you can cook with oil if you want to, it’s not a necessity.

What utensils should I use on my American Kitchen Cookware?
Feel free to use your metal tools on our stainless steel pans — they won’t hurt them one bit.

How should I clean my stainless steel pans?
Allow cookware to cool to room temperature before cleaning. Rinse pan and wash in soapy water to remove stains or stuck-on food. For stubborn stains or discoloration, gently rub in a paste of water and a non-abrasive, non-chlorine stainless steel cleanser. FYI, it’s also dishwasher safe.

Tri-ply That’s Tried and True

Durability meets dependability when it comes to our stainless steel cookware. Because you wouldn’t trust anything less to make your family’s time-honored recipes. It’s thanks to three layers that work together to bring you quality cookware that performs: 400-series magnetic stainless steel and a 1050A aluminum core. So not only can you trust this cookware year after year, generation after generation, it’ll also give you the versatility to cook anywhere (gas, induction, electric, ceramic glass — you name it).

The Difference is in the Details

The handles of our American Kitchen cookware stay cool when you’re cooking on the stove and can also withstand the heat of the oven for ultimate ease and efficiency.

Works really well!

I have been working my way up from 1980s "revere ware" to better quality pots and pans over the last decade. The only thing that I have not replaced with American Kitchen so far is the large stockpot. (Frying pans and sauce pans have all been replaced.) I have definitely noticed how much better these pots work than the "Premium Walmart/Target" pots and pans. They distribute heat more evenly and there is something about the finish or the metal used in the pan which makes it much more forgiving when cooking with higher temperatures. I haven't tried "All Clad" yet but maybe that will be my next step up (some day!) when I want to spend 3X what these pans cost.

Solid Pans

Overall these are great pans - hold the heat well, not too heavy. Only downside is liquid will dribble when poured out.

It turned out to be the thickness my mother was looking for

High Quality

High quality piece of cookware. Heats up faster and more evenly than our previous stainless cookware pieces from a different company. Good feeling in the handle, high quality lid as well. Very happy with this cookware.
