Baking cookies with mom or dad as a kid … some of our earliest memories are in the kitchen where flour, sugar and butter were always nearby. Keep the tradition going with our Essentials set. It includes everything you need to whip up cookies, cakes and quickbreads for years to come.

Premium Nonstick Coating: Commercial grade nonstick coating allows you to use less butter and oil while still being able to release food easily and make cleanup a breeze.

Natural Aluminum: Conducts heat evenly and efficiently.

Extra Durable: Reinforced edges prevent warping and rusting, so you’ll enjoy your bakeware for years to come.

The commercial-grade nonstick coating on our bakeware is incredibly smooth and thick, so it’s made to last. It’s also made from natural aluminum with reinforced edges, so it’s extra durable.

How do I cook with my nonstick bakeware?
Use parchment paper, silicone baking mats, butter or shortening and flour. If you use a nonstick spray, make sure it’s specifically made for baking and contains flour. And because nonstick bakeware can scratch.

What utensils should I use on my nonstick bakeware?
It is always best to use silicone, wood, or plastic on nonstick surfaces.

How should I clean my bakeware?
Allow bakeware to cool to room temperature before cleaning. Hand wash in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry (and don’t put it in the dishwasher). For water spots and minor stains, wipe with vinegar or lemon juice and rinse (just don’t use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads).

Love M.

After about two months of using my new bakeware I absolutely love it. It was a little counter intuitive at first as I came from not having non-stick coating on my previous bake ware where I had to add oil to make sure I could get things off the bakeware. With this bakeware I have learned that using oil is just a waste of time and money. Oil is not any more non-stick than the coating on the pan, and oil just adds more clean up work. Moral of story bake to your hearts content, but do it oil free!
