American Kitchen cast aluminum cookware is made of thick cast aluminum with a nonstick exterior coating and interior nonstick coating. The PPG Eterna® nonstick coating is incredibly smooth and thicker than other non-stick alternatives, so it’ll hold up for years to come.

How do I cook with nonstick cookware?
Use low to moderate heat – prolonged periods of high heat should be avoided. Our nonstick pans are oven safe up to 500°F. Don't overdo the oil - less is needed for nonstick pans. Try to avoid using nonstick sprays when possible. Invisible buildup can occur when nonstick sprays are used on nonstick pans.

What utensils should I use on my nonstick cookware?
It is always best to use silicone, wood, or plastic on nonstick surfaces.

How should I clean my nonstick cookware?
Allow cookware to cool to room temperature before cleaning. Rinse pan and wash in soapy water to remove stains or stuck-on food. For water spots and minor stains, wipe with vinegar or lemon juice and rinse (just don't use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads).
